This is the first exercise experience I have committed to. I get bored so quickly with workout programs and I can honestly say I want to kick myself if I miss more than 2 days a week. I leave with a smile on my face even though I am hurting like crazy. Barre3 Frisco is stuck with me.

I love the space - very good energy and always clean. I especially love the bathroom - haha. So thoughtful. I haven't used any of the things, but know that if I ever forget my deodorant, Barre 3 has some! I also like all of the teachers and how they are all positive, energetic and happy.

What do you like about our services?

I love that the workouts get switched up and that each instructor adds their own style to the class but it is always an amazing workout! And everyone has fun doing it! The only thing I could say I would like to see would be one later class a week. It is difficult to get to 6pm classes so at least one 7pm class a week would help.
