Staff and instructor were very welcoming to a newcomer.
The staff members were all extremely friendly and welcoming during my first visit. The instructor was very enthusiastic and encouraging and she corrected movements in a way that was positive and supportive. The studio space is clean and beautiful.
It's a great workout and I appreciate that the trainers keep a careful eye on everyone, especially those of us who are new. Keeping our positions as close to proper as possible - is important to me.

Clean facilities with good amenities and all the equipment you need. Love the filtered water fountain, though i noticed the filter needs replacing. Love the variety of instructors, each with their own unique strengths. Love the energy and positive, encouraging, environment! It's not easy being the "big" girl in a room full of skinny women and surrounded by massive mirrored walls! I love that i can see and feel changes in my body after just 2 1/2 weeks....and I have next to no back, neck, or knee pain (thank you, modifications!). The crazy part is that my neck has never felt BETTER than since I started Barre3....I'm understanding just how weak my core was and how important a strong core is to alleviating chronic joint pain.
Friendly and intelligent staff and instructors, super inviting environment. Barre3 is an incredibly effective and fun workout and I love how it embodies getting to know and understand your body and not just about the act of exercising.
I like how each instructor takes the time to help everyone, and they are all encouraging. It's a great atmosphere!
I love that every day the class is different. With other types of classes I find them tedious and boring - not so with Barre 3. I like that the workout is easy on my body and lots of ways to modify. Wish you had more morning classes
