The studio is clean and the desk staff is very attentive. Classes start on time and you get a full 60 minute work out. Instructors are there for the clients asking each person how they are doing, correcting form of clients when needed . The fact that for 3 months you aren't doing the same routine is also a plus and no to classes are the same which is great!

Everyone was so friendly and encouraging! I haven't tried a new type of class, or even gone to a class, in at least a decade. I was so afraid to try this, but ended up having a great time, got a great workout (I'm still feeling my triceps and my rear!), and can't wait to take another Barre3 class asap. Thank you!
Fun and great workout. Loved the options to modify in a way that didn't bring attention to me. I'll have to check out to see if they have barre Pilates in Oregon.

Instructors are encouraging but allow you to work at your own pace and listen to your body. Love the decor! After an extended time without an exercise plan, I am already feeling my body "come alive" after only a couple of weeks!
