Friendly owner and instructors, 9:30am class time, Barre3 workout (love the strengthening and stretching exercises) and foam roller for tight muscles. Since practicing Barre3, I feel very flexible, have really good balance and feel stronger all over. The Winter Park studio has a lovely atmosphere and wonderful camaraderie!
Workouts are challenging however the instructors provide a lot of feedback to make them the best for each individual.

The space was personal and clean. Lauren was super. It was my first time taking the class and she was very attentive and encouraging. This was heartwarming as it was her first class since taking maternity leave.
