I have a problem in my left foot. Saw a doctor. Told me to try fleet feet. I ended up with a feeling I’ve never had before in a pair of shoes that changed everything for me. My feet feel so very much better. HOWEVER, I just wish that the only 3 pairs of shoes that were recommended for me had not been about the most ugly shoes in the store. My sales associate didn't seem very compassionate about my feelings that the shoes were so unattractive compared to other shoes on their display shelves. I was in a short time frame of trying to get some shoes to use for a trip that I would be doing a lot of walking. While in the store waiting to be helped, I observed the sales associate Lori in the Broken Arrow store who seems extremely knowledgeable and worked very closely with her customers and gave them much information about their feet and shoes. Unfortunately, I had a different sales associate but would have liked to have worked with Lori.

I have Plantar Faciitis and it is hard to find shoes. Sidney at the TULSA Blue Dome location was very helpful and took time to explain the products available.
I stopped by Fleet Feet Blue Dome to get fitted for a new pair of running shoes. Christie was wonderful - she was extremely helpful and informative. I would encourage anyone in the market for running shoes to stop by this store - it was a great experience all-around. Thanks, Christie!

I needed a better pair of shoes to wear at work. I’m a RN and I am on my feet 12-14 hours a day! I recently bought my first pair of Hokas at the Broken Arrow fleet feet and I am loving them! I feel like I’m walking on super soft pillows.
I had originally looked at a chain store in Tulsa but they couldn’t really tell me much about the Hoka brand other than the fact that nurses like them. My best friend is a school teacher and she loves the pair she got at Fleet Feet in Boise, Idaho so I checked out the Broken Arrow store. The staff was great and very knowledgeable. I will be back!

The customer service was amazing!!! We bought for 3 inserts for 3 out 4 of my family. the Gentleman that help was super patient and very knowledgeable. I love my inserts and my new kicks and socks. Yes, i want a little over board, but my feet thank you.
