I like the quality shoes and socks that the stores carry. I also like the employees that have good knowlege of the products especially the shoes. Of course the running groups are a big draw for me.
After standing on my feet for 9 hours a day with shoes that were not good for my feet I had to find some relief. I bought some hokas and now my feet feel so much better!

When you Walk in they are friendly, not a long wait time. Customer service was great! The 3 D scanner was awesome, I learned a lot about my feet. I was so glad that my scan put brooks shoes in my life! I’ve had right knee pain and it getting better with these shoes! Thank you!
My husband and I stopped by on 2/8 to get properly fitted for running shoes. Actually, initially it was just me but he saw the foot scan machine and decided he wanted to get fitted as well. Shalace was an angel and took the time to find shoes and insoles that work for my odd feet. She was funny and informative and very kind. The whole experience was exceptional and I was so grateful to walk away with more knowledge and now both of us have quality shoes that actually fit and feel great.
Looking for running shoes can be overwhelming, Fleet Feet staff made it easy for my husband and I. We did the scan and the staff gave us several shoes to try and we both found a pair of shoes. Highly recommend.

The young lady that helped us was very patient and kind. The science behind the right fit is overwhelming to me. After the first few seconds, I tune out. She understood, “dumbed” it down for me, and took very care of us. She may even have gained my husband as a new customer, as well.
