The people who work in the stores are always so helpful. They greet you right away even if they are busy and they are knowledgeable about the fit of the shoes. The quality of shoes they carry is very good, I need extra support and have always been able to find a shoe that works.

I like the very knowledgeable salesperson. I like the machine that takes the 3-D picture of your foot. I like the tread mill so you can feel the shoe at speed and they can take a great slow motion movie if your pronation.
The person who assisted me was very informative and listened to my problems with other kinds of shoes and addressed those needs. Very helpful staff!

Very knowledgeable and kind. I walked in and was immediately seen for plantar fasciitis. I was measured and fitted for insoles, and given the option to purchase what was recommended. I never felt like I was being pushed or forced to purchase something. I will go back to Fleet Feet BA the next time I’m needing help!

Simply stated, I feel that it is a perfect combination of knowledge and resources. They are able to utilize a specific skill set and then dip into a vast supply to provide the customer with the best fit and best product available.
Most products are the same or similar with several running stores. However I do really like the sizing machine and the detailed info. That being said, if your people were not trained well, that machine would not be very helpful.
In my opinion, your staff keeps us coming back. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
