I have long, narrow feet and the store had several options for me to try on which isn't the case with many stores. Pricing was appropriate when compared to other athletic shoes I have looked at.
I haven't been wearing the shoes very long, but so far so good. The service is excellent, haven't had any place take the time to fit your foot to a shoe.

The products that are sold at Fleet Feet are high quality and they stand by their products. The employees know how to set up their products such as the run watches and show the customers how to work the watch.
Excellent customer service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was recommended shoes that I feel really support my feet and the issues I have with my feet. Would have liked more color options, but fit and comfort are priority, so I will be a repeat customer.

I felt very comfortable with my fitting in the store and I am co fife to in the fit & feel of my shoes & insoles.
Running barefoot on the treadmill while filming my stride was so informative! The guy (I cannot remember his name) was full of all kinds of information! I love how he picked out 3 shoes for me to try & I ran outside to see which one I liked best. I'm also very excited to do the 5K training & to meet new people. Bucket list: Run a 5K race. Soon I will check that off my list!

Quality products, proper sizing, orthotic options, and various sock options are all important to me as a busy Chiropractor. And since I don't get a lot of free time, the staff is quick to assist me with my purchase, and I'm on my way.

Time you take to get the right product
I can’t recall the sales rep but he was friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, patient, and just cool. He wasn’t pushy but still made a very appropriate effort to make additional purchase recommendations. I loved that I was able to get my feed measured and he helped me pick the perfect running shoe!

your shoes and sox are great, they last a long time. your sales people are the best. always happy and easy to talk to, they really know there products too. i've not met one i didn't like.
