I appreciate that I am not at liberty to just pick any shoe that is pretty. My individual needs are taken into consideration and I am able to rely on your staff's professional training and intimate product knowledge in selecting a shoe. Although I am not in peak physical condition, I have never been looked down on by your staff, as unworthy of their time or knowledge. I am encouraged as I share my fitness goals and praised for my successes. I don't feel like I need to get in top physical condition before I am worthy of being served in your store by your associates.
