That the customer service is very person specific...the whole time I was there I had one sales person helping me...they didn't pass me around.
April was very thorough, sizing, treadmill test, having us (my girl and I) each try on multiple brands, etc... The store had all the very best rated athletic shoes, I was very impressed that only the best shoes were there. I've already recommended several of my coworkers and friends to come in and ask for April. I will never buy shoes anywhere else, Name removed't change anything.... you guys are the best of the best

I appreciate the service that supports the top of the line products that you carry. I love the fact that everyone in the store is passionate about running. I always feel motivated when I leave the store. I have bought so many gifts that people love and have referred everyone I know to the store. The last time I was in, Austin helped me with my new purchase of running shoes. He is awesome! He was helping several of us at the same time, perfectly!
