Your shoes were very reasonably priced. But the best part of my experience was the expertise of the young man that assisted me in my shoe search. His name was Kenny. He spent over 1.5 hours with my sister and I as we searched for new shoes. He was also very encouraging... because of his help we are going to join the beginner running program. I can't say enough about his professionalism and guidance!!!!
Katrina gave the best customer service I have received in a retail store in many years. She was cordial and professional and best of all seemed to really care about finding the right fit of shoe for my needs.

I appreciate the ability that Fleet Feet has to assess feet and running patterns to assist them in choosing the most appropriate shoe. The sales associate was knowledgeable and patient-she helped with with 6 different pairs of shoes because although the shoe fit extremely well and felt good I didn't particularly like the color :)

I was only in the store a few minutes and only bought the flip flops with a sole like athletic shoes. Your running info session was going on so it was crowded and busy. The owner was very helpful and cordial in spite of all the busyness. I picked up a flyer on your running training sessions and took it to my gym in Bartlesville.
The staff was very knowledgable about products and what they didnt know they asked someone else which was a breathe of fresh air from the chain stores.We will be back.Thankyou for your help.

eliminating all but the best feeling, most comfortable shoe. I appreciate

shoes and felt great, with no knee (IT band) pain.
