I love the workout groups. I've tried numerous times to try to "get into running" on my own, but I've always stopped because I got tired, frustrated, or injured. Running with a coach and a group is helping me with pacing, cadence and form, and being with a group of runners helps me feel encouraged and supported. I never realized how much I could benefit from the social aspects of running with a group.

David was very helpful. He answered all my questions and didn't look down on me for being a newbie. The prices were very competitive to my neck of the woods, and the selection was better(I drove an hour and forty five minutes). I will be coming back the next time I need some more running gear.

The products are of a very good quality, and very comfortable. The gentleman that helped us was excellent. He was very nice and knowledgable and made sure that we got the correct shoes and the correct fit for our walking style.
