Your business model is great! For years I have been cramming my feet into shoes that didn't fit, because having big feet is not very becoming. I've suffered from ingrown toenails and more recently from blood blisters beneath my toenails ever since I have begun an intensive workout routine at the YMCA in effort to get back into shape after having three children and gaining a too much weight. After only three weeks of pain and numbness from running on the treadmill and using the eliptical I was desperate to find better fitting shoes. Famous Footwear did not carry my size unless I wanted ugly New Balance shoes and everywhere else I looked the sales reps didn't know what they were doing insisting that I only needed a 10.5 and seemed to disbelieve me when I explained to them that my left foot was the larger foot...not my right. Finally one of my clients told me about your store. She warned me that your products were pricey. I don't have a lot of money as a stay at home mom with a small business I run on the side in my spare time. However, I was desperate for something that really fit and didn't make me feel like I had hobbit feet minus the hair. So I visited your store with my two little kiddos in tow after a long hard stinky workout to check things out. Your salesman was outstanding. I shared with him my dilemma, and he did not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed whatsoever. He took the time to educate me about so many things and while he was honest that he couldn't promise a lot of choices in color in my size he assured me he could find me what I needed. After measuring my feet he brought out two pairs that I actually happened to like. As it turns out I felt most comfortable in a pair of Mizunos size 12 Wide. They felt so great I didn't want to take them off! I wore them the rest of the day, then this morning I couldn't wait to get my workout on! Amazingly I felt no pain and positively no numbness!! I was able to do the most intensive workout steep hill run on the treadmill for a full hour, and fir the first time I wanted to keep going! It was amazing! Really!! I know it seems crazy, but think about it if you'd waited your whole life to accept the fact that you have great big feet as a woman and that it's not a curse and that it's possible to find good quality shoes that are comfortable AND HAVE A SPLASH OF HOT PINK in the design you would find it as exhilarating as I did!!! Later in the evening I went back to the Y for more!!! So KUDOS to the gentleman who sold me the shoes I have needed fir so long & KUDOS to the store owners for having the most awesome set up in their store!! I am saving up to come in and buy the arch supports the salesman recommended, and I will be keeping my eyes peeled for the next pair of cute size 12 Wide Mizunos you put out. Thanks for everything and you don't have to pay me for my testimony. I've already told everyone on FB, and apparently I'm not the only lady who's gone through the humiliation of having big feet so I will continue to spread the word about you guys!!!

Outstanding experience!!! My sales person was a young woman named Olga. I must register that she was best-in-class!! Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Every retail store should have such an employee. She carefully listened to why I was in your store and addressed my needs directly and accurately. I walked out with the products I needed and feel that they were tailored to me. As a result of that experience, Fleet Feet is now my resource for all my running and walking products. I currently wear Powerstep orthotics (recommended by my podiatrist). Unfortunately, I can buy them at half the price on line. I would purchase them at your store if the price were comparable to the price I pay on line.
I will be back to purchase more shoes in the future.

Your customer service was awesome! I am just starting back walking and I'm not in shape at all and was apprehensive about coming in to a store like this in fear of being judged. Olga was so helpful and inspiring, I'm so glad I went in. I walked today 3 miles finally without pain all because I finally got the right shoes. You all rock!
Good help love the fit of the shoes. Especially helpful for my feet issues are the OluKai, great shoe, wish they made other styles with same type support.
