The girl who helped me was very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions about socks and hydration, which is why i visited the store.
Chris waited on me and I loved the personal touch and how she cared about me getting just the perfect shoes for my feet. She explained everything as we went along -- about the treadmill, the inserts, etcetera. It is a very fun place to shop because shopping there makes you feel so special!!!! Great job!!!! Keith at the Kingspoint Store was fantastic. My wife is very hard to fit (long, narrow foot), and she had never found a pair of shoes that didn't hurt her feet while she ran/walked after some time. Keith worked with her and found her 2 different pairs of shoes that not only worked but made a tremendous difference in the way she felt about running.
I also was fitted and greatly enjoyed visiting with Keith and hearing his feedback on my comments.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to reinvigorate their activity!

The friendliness of the customer service associate (a lady named Chris) and the thorough job she did in fitting me for new running shoes.
The staff was very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions.
I really enjoy the personal one on one attention that I recieved.
I like the service, but I felt like it took a while to have someone greet me & once that happened I had my name down for a person to help me. I just think the staff could be a little more alert. They were busy but there was staff standing around visiting at the register
I really like my new shoes and the service was just unbelieveable. I have already recommended. I just wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped me and my daughter, he was fantastic.
The personal service was great. Keith was very knowledgeable in which walking/running shoes would best work for both my wife and myself. He spent a lot of time with us to insure we got good fitting and comfortable shoes.
