We had bought some shoes for my son and they fell apart within a month. The staff was wonderful about getting us a replacement pair. I really appreciated their promptness and care in helping us.
The shoes I bought at Fleet Feet helped me get over plantar fasciitis. I appreciated the salesman helping me find the right shoes for me. He gave me all the time I needed and told me I could bring them back if they didn't work out. I love these shoes and will be back when I need another pair.

The gentleman that helped fit me for shoes was very knowledgable and helpful not only in selecting the best pair of shoes for me but also with advice for breaking thru my running difficulties lately.
I loved my experience at Fleet Feet! The woman assisting me was great! Very patient as I tried on countless shoes, walk around in them and then tried them on the treamill. I ended up in a pair I love that have defitnitely improved my runs. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that I wish there was a larger color selection...other than that, it was great!
