My second visit was with another friend who I told about my first experience. She and I both bought shoes on that visit. The manager waited on us and he was wonderful, very helpful.

All products are top of the line and the support from the staff is great.
The programs are very do-able...They are structured enough so that they are challenging but provide enough flexibility so the participants are actually able to achieve results and conquer the distances.

The staff is very knowledgable about not only the shoes, but other gear and products as well. I had a pretty bad case of ITB syndrome that lasted a couple years, on and off. I mentioned that it kept coming back when I was in to get new shoes, and the associate actually listened and told me some stretches to do. I took her advice, and sure enough, I can run farther with no pain. She helped me more than the doctor did! I tell all of my friends and family to go to Fleet Feet for running shoes.
