Personal attention. Your sales people really seem to care about each customer. Although it seems crazy to spend over $100 on a pair of shoes, having experienced plantar facitis in both feet I don't want to go through that again. So we head over to your store, even though we live in south BA, to spend over $100 on a pair of shoes. :)
