The sales associate took a lot of time with me to insure I had the right shoe and insert specifically for my feet and running style. The first time I ran with the shoes he recommended, I was amazed at the improvement from my old shoes and very appreciative of the input the associated had given me.

I find the downtown location to be very convenient. I have recommended Fleet Feet as the place to go for people that are starting running or are concerned about their shoes as Fleet Feet does a very good job of picking out appropriate shoes. It was my first time there. You were recommend by ROCO Fit members. I loved the sales reps they are very helpful and Knowledgeable about the products. I love the fact you measure the feet for shoes, and you measure calfs for socks. Everyone was very friendly. They let me know about upcoming events for both locations.

Your employees are the best. Especially a chick named Taphrina (First name removed) Last name removed. She is a truly amazing employee. It is quite evident that she loves her job and her position at Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa. She would love it even more if both stores had adequate supplies of swiffer refills, brooms with matching dustpans, and vacuum cleaners that functioned properly. Cleanliness is next to ....whatever... the point is customers love a clean place to walk around barefoot.
