Knowlegable people, don't have to sort thru boxes and boxes of shoes trying to find a shoe that might work. Your orthodic inserts make my feet feel so much better!
David at the 61st Street location was very helpful and patient. My son tried on a bajillion pairs of shoes. David listened to my son's comments and helped move him to a different shoe until the correct one was found. He was also engaging on during the transaction. We were very pleased. I hope he did well on his first marathon at Route 66. It was a beautiful day to run.

Great customer service. Plus I was having some issues with my ankle hurting after I started running, and since I got the correct shoes I no longer have pain in my ankles or knees.
Very interested in diagnosing my needs and helping me get the right fit. I am not new to running but am new to getting the right shoes. Before, I would just go to WalMart and pick a shoe off of the rack and go. Now, I have special needs and the associate selected the shoes that in addition to correcting my supination, also corrected my back pain. Probably saved me hundreds of dollars in medical bills when shoes were the actual problem. I have already posted that I recommend Fleet Feet to my Facebook page.

I expected a bigger selection of shoes... Just unaware I suppose that you are a store dedicated to running, not necessarily feet. :) but the sales associate was very friendly and it was a nice store.

David was the most informative person whom I've ever purchased a pair of shoes from. He was very patient and was extremely knowledgeable of the foot and how running affects the body. The lady that helped my husband and myself was very nice and helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy trying to get a sale like some places. The inserts and new shoes seem to be helping with my husbands feet, leg and lower back pain that he has been having.

They actually fit my feet and there is almost no "break in period ". Since Alicia took the time to chat with us and get to know us, our habits and our feet this experience was better was than the last experience .

My eight year old son was suffering from flat feet & was experiencing some moderate foot pain from sports. I was recommended, by a friend, to the Fleet Feet store in Tulsa on South Yale. The sales associate, Justin, was very friendly & knowledgable about my son's needs for arch support. Justin measured his feet & found just the right insoles & athletic shoes for my son's feet. It has been one week now & my little guy's feet are already beginning to feel better, which has improved his athletic performance. Thanks so much!

Alicia was our foot expert. She was absolutely fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable about every brand of shoe, did not want us to settle for anything that didn't feel like a "sock" on our feet. (She helped my husband and me.) It is so nice to actually go shopping for shoes and have someone who is just not a salesperson but an expert on the product. I already told several friends and this will be the only store we use for shoes. Don't know if all your employees are as great as Alicia. I hope so! Am wearing my new shoes right now. I needed them desperately and had been shopping for several weeks. Thanks.
