Online check in makes for in and out haircut. Don't want the hot towel or the massage should be a price for that service instead of paying for it and not getting it.
I enjoyed the staff as they cut my hair. I enjoyed the wash so that I felt like I could generally go out and continue my day with having hair clipping all over.

Your staff is always friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. They usually have great suggestions on what to do with my hair of how to improve a problem I may be having. I just enjoy coming in to get my haircut.
