I like the atomsphere of beautiful women and sports on tv.She was very courteous and friendly.I like the option of the hot towel and massage.The women's name was Mellisa.Also it was very quick in and out.I 've had my haircut 3 times at your shop in Benicia.The whole staff had excellent customer service.Keep up the good work.I will be returning for my next haircut real soon.I would recommend to my family and friends to give SportClips a try.I think your prices are competive with other haircut shops.If you keep up the great customer service I will come back even if your prices are higher.There are alot of places to spend your money on a haircut.I think customer service comes first.Please pass my congradulations on to your staff at the Benicia store.

We came in for the first time last week. We had a "free cut, etc." promotional coupon that we received in the mail.
Our stylist, Carmen, was wonderful. She was very professional, friendly, attentive and my daughter says, "Great". She thought she was nice and did an "Amazing job." Our daughter, age 9, has VERY long, straight hair. It's too tricky for me to attempt to trim. Carmen did an excellent job. It's very time consuming to comb and trim my daughter's hair. Carmen took the time and attention necessary to complete the job - tangles and all. My daughter said she also "LOVED the way my hair smelled afterward!" Thank You, Carmen for a job well done. We also purchased the Tea Tree shampoo because Carmen explained the benefits of it.

Personal attention is the best
As a Beauty Industry Professional, I was disappointed at the lack of upselling to the customers in the store. There was no upselling or discussion of products to any of the customers I saw in more than an hour of standing in the waiting area. The one customer who I saw ask questions about Tea Tree Oil was given a brief explanation and the employee left him without trying to interest him in making a purchase. Her explanation did nothing to enhance the benefits of Tea Tree Oil or the product line.

Actually I had to wait a long time (20') and had to leave and take dinner to my son. Then I came back about 45 minutes later and got right in. The girl who cut my hair did a nice job and my hair looks OK. This was my second time in and I had a free birthday MVP haircut. My don has already been and he is happy with his hair.
A convient place for a haircut at a reasonable price, and not a salon.

Great customer service,very friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable. On top of that if you get the MVP treatment it is well worth it and not only do you leave with an amazing experience but the haircut stylist give you an awesome haircut with the talent to give you the style and haircut you are looking for and you are sure to walk out looking and feeling great. Oh and did I mention that not only in the waiting room,which the wait is not long due to the great hairstylist,but there is a nice big screen TV with the game on and bleacher seats in the lobby that make you feel as if you're at the game. Once you've been called up to get your haircut,they have great HD TV's at every chair station. Which is great to be able to watch the game while getting that fresh and clean look that you want. If that's not enough and you get the MVP treatment in which after your looking all fresh and clean from your new cut,they take you to an unbelievable message chair while you lay back to get your hair washed,so none of those tiny little hairs don't get all over your shirt and make sure you don't itch everywhere all the while you have a nice warm hot fresh towel over your face while getting your fresh haircut washed as well as getting a body message from the awesome deluxe message chair,that I wish I had one at home to add! But if that wasn't enough...your welcomed back to your chair and the game on the TV and get a personal back massage for a good amount of time before you leave a great MVP experience and all for a great price. Enough said,if you're a sports fan and are looking for a great haircut,look no further! Sports Clips is the best place to go hands down. I'll be back and seeing you soon. My new spot to get my haircut and not miss any part of the game. Perfect for all ages and that perfect haircut you're looking for. If you aren't there already...what are you waiting for. P.S. Great way to make the lady feel like your going out to get a haircut and all fresh and cleaned up,instead of sitting at home being lazy on the couch watching the game. Little does she know is you're watching the game the whole time while getting a fresh new look and great experience at the same time. It's a win win situation!!! Highly recommended,you are sure to walk out with a little more swagger and all by enjoying the only highlights a man needs and those are the ones on SportSCenter!!! If you go to the Sports Clips in Benicia,ask for Tracy and tell her Dustin Farnsworth sent you or that you read my review and it made you want to go and relax and enjoy the MVP experience,it's the only way to go and if it's your 1st time there,they automatically upgrade you to the MVP experience for the price of the standard priced great haircut. I think I've said enough by now to at least go and check it out for yourself. Don't forget to let them that Dustin Farnsworth recommended that you go check it out. You won't regret it!!!
