I know that customers can and will get upset because they felt they waited too long in line to get their haircuts. The truth is, that every hairstyles that was working the day i received my haircut were doing their best to give a perfect haircut in as short of a time they could. I appreciate them all for coming back to work with such restrictions in place. It sees that they have a good manager in this store since they all were working as a unified team to accomplish their business. Thank you all!!!
I was very pleased with how Sport Clips was organized after re-opening. I drove from a neighboring county since my county still does not permit haircuts. I checked in online and my wait time was almost exactly what it was estimated to be on the app. I like that the waiting area was outside (with chairs set up). Stylist did a great job. Overall, a great experience.
