Everything goes well from start to finish.
Checking online is easy and smooth, you know how long the wait so you time when you need to arrive. The system automatically checks you when you arrive so they know you have arrived.
The stylist are always friendly and this day was busy and it was nice to see everyone talking and engaging with the clients. Everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. It made it a nice atmosphere, especially during the holiday season.
Brit did a great job, she knew I was in hurry and she got me in out quickly and smoothly with a great haircut.
I will continue to go back because I enjoy the staff, the service, and the quality of the haircut.

The girl that cut my hair this week crushed it!!! I suggested something I might like to see with my hair. I don't know anything about cutting hair, so I put it in rather abstract terms. I said, 'Can you make it a little 'boxy'. But not like a military cut. More like an artsy cut...I'm a musician." And this is the coolest haircut I've had in 10 years. Kudos to the killer stylist that nailed this cut!
