I rarely make an appointment, just walk in and am in a chair in minutes, usually. I get my hair cut very short, clipped actually. I am a 67 year old woman and love my head buzzed, so I have been to Sports Clips many time. I dont buy products there but would if I was in need.

The app that allows me to select my stylist, secure an approximate arrival time, to waiting in a dimly lit area while watching sports, to Megan (your Clay, NY manager who is absolutely awesome!) cutting my hair, massaging my scalp, and giving me an awesome cut to having products right at the check out - all is perfect! The only thing you're missing is a beer tap! Keep up the great work! Advertise more! The only reason more guys don't exclusively go to your stores is that they don't know how awesome it is! Once they try it once, they won't go anywhere else.

Generally great cuts, but that depends on the stylist. I like being able to sign in on-line and then showing up at the salon, which is about 5 minutes away from me.
