Specifically the associate that performed our services. My kids are absolutely joyed to go see CeCe. She does an excellent job communicating with them and performs the cut at an appropriate pace for their attention span. She always offers additional services and products during our visit, although I'm a bit of a brand snob. CeCe deserves, at minimum, some recognition if she hasn't already gotten it.

Staff is polite and professional. Love the VIP treatment. Shampoo feels nice and cooling especially on warm days. Scalp and hot towel face massage are very relaxing removing any stress I may have. And of course the haircut always comes out nicely done.
