I have a favorite stylist who is in high demand, so I appreciate (and use) the online check-in on the SC app. I also buy hair products based on my stylist recommendations.

The service is great because all previous haircuts are on file that the stylists can bring up on their iPods.
The MVP and things to watch on TV while getting my hair cut. Some of the stylists take real pride in their work and it shows when you have one of them.
