Sport Clips on route 31 in Clay has what may be the best staff in the country; coming from a guy who's traveled the country more than few times and has been going to this sport clip location regularly for about a year. Katrina is by far one of the most compassionate, hardest working, and most dedicated employees anyone could ask for on the planet. If I can say so myself, as one of her many customers, she is one of the most valuable assets; not just to this store alone but the entire Sport Clips franchise. Megan is one of the friendliest and most engaging employees you have on staff. Her smile, energy, and passion for her customers and the store should not go unnoticed. Anne is not only one of the friendliest and most compassionate workers on staff. Her willingness to help out any customer or associate on a regular basis is one of the most valuable assets anyone could ever ask for; someone who's passion matches their kindness and character. Brittany has one of the best energies in any room. She is incredibly kind, funny, dedicated, and heartfelt in all that she does. Admittedly I only met her a couple of times, but in those couple of times I've seen more acts of kindness and altruism towards others in the room than I have from years of working alongside others. All of these good employees stem from an excellent hiring process, a well trained staff, and a great working environment, something that comes from the top on down. Though a pay raise should be in order, as a dedicated regular customer, the very least I can ask the Sport Clip branch to do is to go commend the staff and the employees of Sport Clips route 31 for all that they do, all that they give, and for creating one of the best environments in the country. Recognize the great management, the great staff, and the altruism and human empathy that's been set in place. May each of these employees be recognized for all that they do. Thank you!

I had let my hair grow out and Brittany did a excellent job cutting my hair exactly how I envisioned it to still be longer but conform to military standards. She was very professional, and provided several useful tips to style my hair type. It was the first time I have used Sport Clips, but I became a regular after the first visit.

Our stylist was very caring and always does a great job. I bring my father with me to get our hair done. He is 97. She always spends time with him to find out how he is doing. He thinks she is the best of all of the barbers/ stylists he has been to.
