From the beginning of my arrival to my departure, it was an amazing experience. I was greeted by all of the team during my arrival which was already a great start to my experience here at this Sport Clips. I was taken right away during my arrival by Billie Jo. It made me feel extra special knowing that Billie Jo remembered me and the hairstyle I typically do. She asked me if I wanted to do the usual or if I wanted to try something new. I loved that she asked because I was actually attending an event over the weekend, so she helped me decide on what hairstyle to do with some options that she suggested. Any other places I have been to just typically ask what I want to do with my hair without any suggestions or advice. Billie Jo was prompt, courteous, and beyond friendly when making suggestions on hairstyles for my upcoming event. I've had to become accustomed to dealing with various hair stylists. With this hair stylist, Billie Jo, I can genuinely claim that I've discovered my ideal professional hair stylist :) I admire how much she cares about her clients and how satisfied they are. I loved that Billie Jo cut my hair with care rather than rush through it. She spends time with her clients and makes adjustments slowly when dealing with a new hairstyle and a nervous client. Overall, definitely recommend Sport Clips and 100000% recommend Billie Jo as your hair stylist :) Thank you Billie Jo and team for an amazing experience!

We stopped going for a couple years, but then found Le! She's beyond amazing, and all my boys love their haircuts after she's done. She has made us loyal customer now for sure!

Le provided me with a wonderful MVP experience. She gave me excellent hair care advice but was not condescending or rude about it. She talked me through the process as she was cutting my hair, and made sure I was getting the cut I wanted.

I had a very nice hair cut plus two shampoos, two cool face towels on a hot morning and a nice shoulder rub with a vibrating ball. It was super nice!! The price was reasonable and I gave the barber a good tip.

I've been coming to Le for the past few months and she has been amazing at the store. She really takes her time doing the haircut that I like and she does an amazing job making you feel welcome during each visit. I can't say a single negative thing about her. I know that I can keep visiting Le and expect a fantastic service. All the women their make up an amazing staff at that establishment. Overall a positive and amazing experience every time I go there!!!
