The stylists all seem to be well trained and I have had good haircuts. I just wish the setting weren't quite so male oriented. Women like sports, too and some of us have short hair and like to have a barber type haircut.
Everytime going into store, I am treated professionally, and staff always friendly and working with me to help my hair, look it's best.

I love that they have the basic of what haircut I want in the system no matter where I go. And I just tell him the things I wanna do a little differently this time.
The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The service itself is very good. I walked in the other day without making an appointment in advance because my cell phone wasn't getting any reception in my car. So I walk in and the place has a few guys waiting plus a few more with reservations on the board. But they just kept telling me they'd get me in sooner than the estimated wait time of over an hour. And that worked as they squeezed me in between a late arrival. It made me feel good that they were concerned about me waiting too long to get a haircut and were conscientious about getting it done.
I had excellent service and got a great haircut with shampoo (MVP)!
