Well in a word: Service. It was outstanding. The skill of the barber was also refreshing. Its hit or miss out there these days. You have a good skills based service centered product and experience. Mahalia @ the Spring store Long Beach, Ca is always amazing! Not only is she a talented hairdresser, but she educates the customer on which products to use and techniques to use at home. She's friendly, professional and just a pleasant experience every single time I go in for my haircut. I always check the app to see if she's working, if not I will wait until shes working to get that amazing haircut! She should be the MVP for that store!

Denise is amazing! Eveytime I go she has the positive energy that just rubs off on you! She always has a great attitude and is very polite! She makes you feel welcomed and doesn’t make you feel like a customer she makes you feel like a friend. She converses with you and makes you laugh and feel comfortable!
