She discussed with me how I wanted my hair cut, reviewed the various parts of the VIP and then delivered the best experience I've ever had at a salon. The MVP is great! It is the main reason I come back; that and the ability to consistently get a great cut no matter which stylist I get. I also like the app and how it shows me the wait time for all the stores near me, let’s me check in or just show up if there is no wait time.

Obviously, I like the MVP. I've been your customer since you opened several years ago. Lately however, your on line sign in times have been way off.
About 10 days ago I was told to come in twenty minutes and be served right away. When I arrived on time, the wait had inexplicably gone to 26 minutes. I left because I had other things to do.
Yesterday, I came immediately because the on line website said "no wait time", but when I got there I had to wait 15 minutes. This has not been the experience in the past. Please fix the problem. One of the benefits of Sport Clips is the ability to check in and assure oneself of not having to wait.
