It was a relatively easy experience after calling and speaking with Martha. When attempting to use your automated process, it was very frustrating. Going online, I could not get to a link to request a specific individual Snd could not see what kind of timing was to be expected.

Everyone is always so nice. They do a good job and since I go their on a regular basis they always know how I want my haircut. They are a bit expensive but I think it is worth it compared to Fantastic Sams.
Marianna is perhaps one of the best stylist I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing . Truthfully she’s just a good human.... wearing many hats behind the chair- she’s my therapist, my teacher, masseuse ( when I do mvp) professional shampoo-er, and can transform a blah overgrown covid-fro into a hair cut so sharp, I gotta do double takes- (on myself) .
I’m sure Sports Clips knows what a valuable reasource she is to your organization ( along with my other favs- Kimberly and Ale, also amazing women, who just so happen to cut bitchen’ hair)

Brianna did a fabulous job yesterday especially since, due to the pandemic, I had not had a haircut in 7 months.
It’s little things that go a long way. Pre COVID the hot towel, the shoulder message and the shampoos. The ladies who cut my hair can converse and I think they care.

Easy to get in with or without an appointment. Quality haircut at a more than reasonable price.
So I came in for a haircut and ended up getting the MVP experience. I would recommend to everyone. Not only do you get a nice trim but also a massage and hot steam towel to the face as well as shampooing. It’s so relaxing. My stylist was also very friendly so that also helps for the good experience. So yeah 10/10 would recommend.
