Always easy to get in w/o waiting.
I go to the venue, I check in, I wait in a seat, a person beckons me in, I am asked as to what I desire, I respond with my fancy, an attempt is made to fulfill my request, I am asked if I am satisfied, I again reply in the affirmative, I am ushered out of my seat, a request is made to fulfill my obligation for the requested service, I comply, I depart, I have a happy ending.

I like Laura who cuts my hair. I don't like when I go to pay that the minimum tip amount shown is $7.00. You have to enter in a lower amount manually. The reservation system does not work that well.
