I appreciate the technology that allows me to join the queue remotely, and the ability to pre-purchase a "season ticket" of haircuts all at once.

I come in for Xavier and Xavier only. You have had high turnover in the past and I received a few doozies of a cut. I keep it very short but they still managed to the cut up. So for over 2 years I simply stopped coming.
One day my husband came home with a nice cut. I came in the next day pulled up my number to find out who cut his hair. I've been happy for awhile now 😀!
I know its hard to keep a business running these days! A suggestion, if one stylist records return visits maybe a bonus $50 Gas/Grocery/Visa card in recognition of continued Great Service and SportsClips representation would be nice!
I like how the Palm Springs facility is a "Friendly and Welcoming" place to go get a haircut. The employees go out of their way to make you feel like family.
