Had check engine light on, showed it was the DEF tank heater. When I mentioned I had that replaced once under factory warranty the service writer said it may have an extended factory warranty. He then proceeded to check with dealer and found it did have extended warranty and said I should take to there to be repaired which I did. I really appreciate the honesty on all this, some places would not have told me this just to get the extra business. I will use Christian Brothers again when I need something done that I cannot do myself.

I took my 15 year old Toyota Camry to Christian Brothers in Falcon for a complete inspection and maintenance of anything that might be an issue. Not sure if this car ever had this done. Certainly not in the last 8 years I have owned it, for sure! They gave me a ride home 15 miles away, and the next day they brought me back to their shop. I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was way LESS than I expected! It wasn’t the typical shop experience I’ve so often had before at the dealership… you know.. “oh, you have a bad strut, need a new muffler, brakes.. etc.”. Instead I got “we included your differential flush with the transmission, so no cost”. And.. “ you should change out the air filters sometime, and you might want to replace your windshield wipers, and you didn’t need a radiator flush after all”. Less than $1,000… I was thrilled! Plus I received digital updates with pictures in real time via email of everything they did, or didn’t need to do. Jake and Christian Brothers really took good care of me!!! Thanks guys!

CBA as far as I am concerned is a very efficient automotive center to have work completed on my vehicle. What I appreciate is when I bring my vehicle in for a repair, they give the entire vehicle a safety inspection. If they find something that needs attention, they do not verbally tell me what is wrong but take pictures, document and then verbally explain what needs to be repaired. No pressure for the repair, just basic facts and pictures. They are very straight forward and I believe very honest, as a picture states a 1000 words.

I love their honesty regarding which repairs are urgent. They provide a thorough inspection with photos and give me the option to choose which repairs to proceed with. The waiting room is peaceful with complimentary beverages, too.
