The girls treat my pets like they are their own. They will let them outside at lunchtime to pee & even give them a cookie. The cleaning products used not only smell nice, but are not harmful to my pets.

I like that some team members will add their own personal touch to their cleaning task. I can always tell when someone new has been in the house. I realize the products are environmentally friendly and safe for prolonged use by the team. They are for the most part good products.

Service is good and cleaning products are wonderful. Its lovely to see them come in the door and the house is clean and smells great when they leave. I only had them here once, and have contracted them for bi-weekly cleanings. My only reminder comment, is they could be more careful when using their tools .. like dropping the vacuum or other equipment on my oak hardwood floors. I noticed some new dents in the floor after they left. I will mention it to them when they come next time.
