I enjoyed my massage. I would have given a 10 as everyone was very friendly, but I thought the prices high and there should be more of a discount for 1.5 hr massage.

If a person accumulate sessions and needed to adjust their budget why is it they lose their sessions
Shemeco, maybe there is a miscommunication. We allow our clients to pause their account for a limited time while having access to their accrued sessions if they have temporary budget restrictions. If a client has to cancel they also get a month to use accrued sessions, and then the paid value goes to credit in our center. You never lose your paid value and we only ask for a 30 day notice if you have to cancel. We have the most flexible and fair membership in the industry, sorry if there is some confusion there! Everything! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is very relaxing also. I can feel the stress melting away the moment I walk through the doors. The massage therapists are amazing, they are able to put your entire body into a state of relaxation.
Felt very customized and the aromatherapy was a major plus. Let me customize massage 30 min reflexology 30 neck/shoulders.
My web appointment did not show up in the system when I came for my facial. The staff did get me another appointment, but it was a bit embarrassing. The staff was terrific, though.
