Your stylists take your time with each customer. I used to go to Great Clips to buzz my head once a month and they were always too quick and didn't seem to care about you. Sport Clips I felt like my stylist did care and had a nice conversation. She had a great attitude too. Secondly having the whole place decked out to look like a locker room / stadium was cool!

I absolutely enjoyed the experience in Sport Clips. Jess did a wonderful and thorough job. She took the time on the first time to get it right that I have only experienced one other time with a gal that ended up cutting my hair for three years. I have been looking for someone to exclusively cut my hair and I think I found her in Jess at Sport Clips.

The service was great! My son is four and has sensitive ears so it is nearly impossible to get his hair cut. He tends to hunch his shoulders and cringe away from clippers, Angela made him feel comfortable and distracted him from them. Its the first time I've ever seen him get all the way trough a hair cut without any tears! He absolutely loved the head massage and back massage too. Everyone was really nice and I can't wait till he needs another hair cut!! Thanks again, Lana and Xavier :)
The employees were very polite and helpful, and they listened intently to my wants and needs and made sure to ask for my input at every point, instead of cutting first and asking questions later.

Warm towel, massage chair, back and shoulder massage. Also like ESPN on TV during the haircut.

Love the sports themed environment. Well trained staff, although can lose the greeting by all for each patron. My stylist was very attentive and did not rush the hair cut. Shampoo after haircut was nice so you don't leave with hair all over. I will be back and will recommend to others, although was a little confused about the price: I had 2 10$ coupons, was told at the door I have a free upgrade to MVP as its the first time and my son (5) only got a haircut. I was originally charged $30, then I said I have two $10 coupons, then was charged $20, which seemed high given the coupons and free upgrades. Other than that, great experience and we'll be back.

Antionette cut my hair. She did a great job and took her time. I usually go to Kuhl Cuts and they always rush through it. Antionette was also very friendly and kept the conversation interesting.

My stylist was Cherish.........very informative, good conversation, and took time for a thorough cut and xtras.....i.e. facial towel, massage. yes, I would recommend....good idea for Springfield.....men needed a place....good location too.
