Jenna is the absolute best! She consistently gives a great haircut and beard trim and is cheerful, friendly, and genuine. My son is an adult with disabilities and often people overlook him and just talk to whoever brings him. Not Jenna. She engages him and even remembers details he has shared in the past. We love that we can get on the list and select Jenna, instead of other places where you can just get on the list. Do everything you can to recognize and keep Jenna!
My second time here within a weeks time. I had long hair and wasn’t sure on cutting it off the first time. That’s why I came back and Diana cut my hair for me. She was amazing!! I wasn’t sure of the haircut I wanted and she was very friendly/knowledgeable/kind and took the time to help me out and she did a very good job. I am extremely satisfied with the service I got. I wish more workers would take the time to go out of there way to help there customers like she did. What a great employee you have there at store #05-254. Samantha did absolutely amazing. She was very courteous explaining how she was going to go about shaping my hair according to my saved settings. I also had questions about products which she explained and went over a few of her personal favorite. I appreciate people like Samantha that take the time and genuinely enjoy what they’re doing.

Jenna is great. Professional clean atmosphere with washing hair, scalp massage, and hot towel are great to be included in the hair cut service. Being able to add myself to lineup through app is convenient and fairly accurate for timing reminders. I bought the large bottle tea tree cream rinse which works well. Have bought other tea tree lavender products in the past too.

Samantha was AMAZING. She walked me through figuring out what haircut would give me what I wanted the best, as well as pointed out things about my hair that was effecting how it layed such as cowlicks. This gave me the best chance at making informed choices on the haircut so I was happier with the result in the end. No hair stylist has done this for me before and I appreciate her so much for that. Best haircut I have had in years.
