The office personal and the ladies who clean my house are so sweet to me and my pets. It no inconvenience to take special steps for their care. I feel safe when they are in my home and very comfortable talking to them about my house and my needs regarding them cleaning it. They are becoming friends. My house is cleaned well.

The lady the cleans my home is very nice and very efficient. She goes above and beyond what she has to do. My place always smells and looks so good when I get home from work. She works well with my two dogs and I would highly recommend her to others.

To start, the ladies that have come into our home, have and are very prompt and polite. Go to work as soon as they have brought in their equipment, do not hesitate to ask questions, such as, do you want anything special done today, or if I need the linens changed on our beds. When we first signed up with Merry Maids, we were told that the products that they use will not effect us in any way, we both have breathing problems, so there would not be anything harmful or obnoxious in any way. I can guarantee that this is a true statement. You can tell our house looks perfect when Merry Maids have been here. Yes, if your asking for how long? It stays perfect, except for our beds, almost until they come again. If it were not for Merry Maids, I would say that my wife would not have quality time to spend with me or with her projects, crocheting. Merry Maids are a God send to us. The lady that cleans for us now, her name is Frances, she was trained by Tammie, who also did a wonderful job for us.

First, I always get a phone call to let me know when the person will be here. Secondly, when the manager came to my home, I was told that each room, i.e., kitchen, bathroom, a different cleaning cloth, color coded, in each room. This I noticed the very first time the cleaning lady was cleaning my kitchen, I noticed that her cleaning supplies contained about four to five different color cloths. Which meant that one color as used in the kitchen and another in my bathrooms. This is very important, because myself I would not use the same cloth in my bathroom and use the same one in my kitchen. Plus the fact that the cleaning products were not offensive or have a lot of odors, which is very important since my husband has breathing problems. Each time my cleaning lady, Tammie, comes, I know my house will look positively neat and clean when she leaves.
