Great! I would recommend to any first time home buyer. Bob is great and give a through post review of what he found in the house. He saved me from purchasing a home that could’ve had severe structural damage. Which helped us to keep looking and find a home that was much better for our family and he gave us a great response about that home, giving us the confidence to move forward with the deal.

Bob Casey was prompt, professional and thorough. In addition, he had a very pleasant personality and didn't make us feel uncomfortable or inappropriate being present throughout the process. We truly appreciated the fact that he provided us with information as issues were being discovered. He seemed to be very diligent about inspecting even the most unsavory areas of the home such as the massive, quite dark and unpleasant crawlspace that existed. He took a substantial quantity of pictures and provided us with an 80-page report that outlined his findings. We would and most likely will, be contacting him for future real estate inspections. His presentation made this an exceedingly stress-free experience. Kudos for a job well done!

Bob was so helpful and very thorough! He spent almost 4 hours at the house total and was kind enough to walk us through the entire house after he did the inspection to talk us through the findings. He answered all of our questions and gave us referrals for some of the work we knew we would need to have done. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection!
