HomeProbe has been my go-to inspection company for years. Their qualified inspectors and comprehensive reports are great and Buyers love the information.
On a recent sewer inspection, the scope wouldn't go beyond a few feet. It was frustrating for me client to pay for a service that couldn't be completed at that time. It would be helpful if HP can't access the line, maybe a portion of the fee be refunded? Just a thought....
