Everything from the beginning to the end was a 10. Competitive rates, personalized service, talking with a local agent, and no bs. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process. Up front and professional. My inquiry on the internet + phone call was returned within hours, which is rare these days or non existent!!! My local agent Brittany provided me with a policy that was more than affordable compared to identical policies from all the top insurance companies that advertise on tv, boasting about the lowest rates. And I’ve used them all over the years. I did the due diligence and ended up with a great policy from Nationwide Insurance, with a premium that beat all the others. As a retired professional in the sales industry, I was impressed with a level of service I haven’t experienced in a very long time, and is the very reason I took the time to write this review. Easy to apply and affordable
Everything was great. Great response time and helpful. Great bundle rates. When I was notified I needed to make repairs to maintain my home owners insurance I was only given just over 2 weeks to get the repairs completed. Not much time and I was lucky enough to find someone willing to do the job.
