I like the availability of evening water aerobics since I work during the day. It would be great if you could add classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well.

Great swimming pool and staff

I enjoy the exercise classes that are Available for seniors. At an advanced age, we really need classes like these to help us keep up with our every day activities.

Love the indoor pool and yoga programs. The front staff, wellness staff and life guards are always so welcoming from when you first open their door to leaving for the day — a place where you feel welcome and get a great boost to your day.

Variety and companionship of friends.

We love the wide array of workout equipment and machines. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Lap swimming is what I love and try to do three times a week. The lifeguards are friendly and helpful.

I like all the programs for seniors, and young adults. The personal trainers are great & I always feel welcome when I am there.
