Lockers are plentiful and the showers are hot!
Your hours are very user-friendly and your classes have good instructors and usually plenty of space. It is always clean and friendly.
Chair yoga for older adults, meeting new friends,
Instructors for yoga and Pilates are wonderful. Unfortunately when they are out there are no subs to fill in. I have also heard good things about several other instructors from fellow gym members.
Lap swimming and lifeguards- all very good.
Gym
Y develops community. Familiar faces become acquaintances become friends. It's fun and healthy and educational.
The diversity of the programs and activities.
There is always a variety of fun at family friendly activities to do. For example we just participated in the family kickball game and had a great time!
Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
Availability p
I only attend the aqua aerobics classes. PLEASE, keep the doors closed in the pool area. All of the patrons are SENIOR CITIZENS, we come for the warm water aerobics!!!

Love the weight room. Lots of free weights and machines.
I enjoy water aerobics and like that I can go Monday to Saturday .
I take mostly group classes and some evening because I enjoy spending time with people of different ages and backgrounds. I also use the machines. I’m grateful it’s here and close but there are some updates that are needed for health and safety.
I enjoy my low impact exercise class, a few evenings and on Saturday.
