I enjoy the water aerobics classes.
I train for triathlon and use the pool for lap swim. It's my number one reason for being a member. Excellent facilities.

I like the senior classes since I am a senior myself. I would like to see a chair class for seniors that is just a really good overall strengthening for people my age. AARP ha a good lineup of exercises for seniors that I think everyone would love.
The instructors are excellent. You do not have to sign up for classes.
Lots to do,great people .You can be as active as you want to be. The staff are helpful.

One is not required to register for classes. The mix of classes are good each day, such as a cardio class then a weight class.
