I only use the pool facilities so far, o am unable to walk for exercise anymore and I needed a heated pool. The staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean.

The people really care about the members and the programs are terrific.
I get good training from "Sarge" (Kathy Lankford). She has really helped me improve my leg strength, which were very weak. Also, she is correcting my walking after years of bad habits following hip surgery.

I love the Chair Yoga. I am not using the gym like I should and have not been experienced
Any swim classes. I would be interested I taking a tour with another lady to see how it is set up.

Lockers are plentiful and the showers are hot!
Your hours are very user-friendly and your classes have good instructors and usually plenty of space. It is always clean and friendly.
Chair yoga for older adults, meeting new friends,
Instructors for yoga and Pilates are wonderful. Unfortunately when they are out there are no subs to fill in. I have also heard good things about several other instructors from fellow gym members.

Body Pump is a great class and I’ve recommended it to several people.
