I enjoy the work out area (treadmills, stationary bikes and weight equipment).
I enjoy the low impact exercise water class, it’s beneficial for my arthritis in my knees.
My orthopedic surgeon recommended me joining this class and I am really glad I did.
I would definitely suggest, anyone with issues with there legs, to join this class.
I love Body Pump. It’s fun and motivating and I’m getting results!
The Y had all the activities I was looking for: spin, various exercise classes with weights, swimming, gym, and pickleball. The monthly fee is affordable and you get a lot for your money. It is also nice to see how they support the local community

The front desk employees offer top-notch assistance, the fitness trainers circulate effectively to provide aid when required, the active older adult fitness classes are outstanding, but adding another session would enhance the experience (4 per week). There are a nice variety of programs offered. The facility is immaculately clean and includes a lovely lounge for relaxation.

I would like better air ventilation in the smaller exercise room where we have our Zumba class on Tuesday.

I am new to the Y, needing a place to swim for exercise, The staff is wonderful, and I like I can start my swim at five in the morning. I will be starting a weight workout soon, and the trainer I have been working with is knowledgeable and personable.

Enjoy lap swiiming and can pick a time when lanes are not busy.
