Likesā-clean environment-multi ple classes to chose from āgood variety of machines Dislikesā-need to put chairs back all sround facility for people to rest between workouts/or machines. Way too many people ābreakingā āscrollingā on phones while occupying machinesāwhen brought this to staff attentionāwas told to stand in front of them to intimidateāNOT!!!āalso at one time had signs to keep people moving on machines-/currently some are staying 15++mins on machines and tables (all ages) or leaving towel over seat while working on another machineāneed a few more workout tables

I use the weights in the machines. My wife goes to many classes. These many different possible uses make the membership inexpensive.
Personally, I like the range and availability of exercise equipment, the personal trainers and the swimming pools. All great stuff. Beyond that, Iām pleased to support the Yās mission and values in the broader Sarasota community.

I use the Fitness Center but not the classes or tennis courts, and I am impressed with the wide variety of programs available and the strong participation of members.

i enjoy working out with my personal trainer twice a week and doing cardio and weights on my own the other 3 days.
All the activities are excellent. The instructors take time to guide us through the routines.

There is a variety of activities and programs during season. I wish there could be as many choices Not during season.
