I use the weight room
I love Jen’s Barr and actively older adult exercise classes and Rosemary’s yoga class!
The gym is nicely equipped, seems clean, and I sometimes use that too.
The pool is beautiful, though I haven’t made time to use it yet.
I am enjoying the older adult classes and limited use of weight lifting machines.
Not a current user of programs or activities but I do like youth oriented ones for the fun physical fitness opportunities it provides them.
