They listen to your needs and offer a bike that fits your needs. This time I was thinking about a more expensive bike but when they explained the differences, I didn't need all the bells and whistles. They actually did not have the bike in stock exactly like I wanted so they called a competitor and arranged to get me the bike the next day. We have purchased seven bikes from them with no issues at all. They are friendly and very responsive to your needs. Customer service is always great.

My husband and I just bought Trek Electric bikes from Rehoboth Cycle Sports. It was fortunate that they had the bikes we wanted in stock. The owners were a fantastic couple that helped us get the items we wanted. The staff was very courteous and helpful as well. We would highly recommended stopping by Rehoboth Cycle Sports when you are looking for a new bike.
Very nice to deal with. They put my bike together and had ready same day. I traveled a distance to pick up my new bike and arrived close to closing but they were very patient and assured me they wouldn’t close until I got there.

Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable staff!
Everyone in the shop was friendly and knowledgeable. We were given a thorough tutorial on the e-bikes. The bikes were in great condition. The helmets were nice and not ratty as so many other rental shops have. It was a nice, laid-back experience; exactly what one expects while on vacation.
