Swimming every day has been an amazing activity for my daughter.
I an a first timer, The curriculum was age appropriate, fun and the staff was always engaging. The final day of Camp was bitter sweet, I was excited that the children were being readied for back to school, but did the tears flow....the Staff missing the kids and the kids missing the Staff. I felt the LOVE

Children gain/build self confidence, independence and sharpen Team building skills. They are shown that they have value and worth, they have a voice, their voices are heard and their voices matter.
The Staff's communication/leadership skills are strengthened because they realize DAILY that no child is the same, challenging perhaps, but their recommitment is real.
These things I've seen for myself.
My daughter loves the counselors/staff. She enjoys the atmosphere. She loves activities: watching movies, swimming, STEM, trivia and GAGA. She can't wait to return next year.
I love the YD Program at the YMCA Manchester.
My grandchildren liked their teachers. They enjoyed meeting new friends, daily activities and most of all swim time. The location was convenient for me.
The Manchester Y has a very organized camp structure. The director Andrew is great. He has fun with the kids and is understanding. They do lots of fun activities and don't charge you extra for them! They are affordable and reliable. My son has a great time!

Our 6yo loves Manchester YMCA day camp! Today he asked to stay another 5 minutes with his friends. Mr Andrew and everyone seem to genuinely enjoy the kids and having a good time and they are very attentive when/if issues arise. Our kiddo is happy and we are happy. Camp Red Hawk rocks!

Fun counselors and engaging activities for the kids.
My kids enjoy going to Camp to do crafts, swim and play with their friends. I enjoy knowing they’re safe, staying active and getting much needed movement and fresh air!

Love the weekly activities provided for the kids and the great interaction from the counselors! The Family night was fun and gave us a chance to see what the kids have been up to! All for an affordable price! Thank you!
The program and camp counselors did an excellent job this summer my son would come back and talk about his day and how much he looked forward to the next activity whether it was making slime or puppets learning new things! He will be back next summer!
