The store was very clean. The person who checked me in and coordinated the estimate was very nice and professional. He explained things in a manner that a 71 year old female with no understanding about cars could understand. My car is 19 yrs old and needs a lot of expensive work so I'm going to have to do it over time but I'll have them do the work.
